With Vesting LED Hardwax Oils and Smelt LED lights students get to try some of the most recent advancements of contractor technologies normally only privileged for Factory Finishing Companies.
Avedis Duvenjian demonstrate to the students how to work the Smelt LED light, curing the Vesting LED Hardwax Oil within seconds. Curing finish within seconds, allows contractors to do color layering, apply multiple coats including final coat with little to no down-time. A process that normally would be done over multiple days.
Students get the chance to use Vesting LED Hardwax Oils and learn how to burnish oils with an Oreck XL Pro Orbiter for seamless application, leaving no lap-marks on a multi directional parquet pattern.
Student Roland Arjukese cures the Vesting LED Hardwax Oil within seconds, and is able to walk on it behind the light. The panel is almost ready for color layering, where the sapwood will be repaired leaving no trace of Walnut sapwood.
Successful color layering and sapwood repair completed with Vesting LED Hardwax Oils. The repair was completed by several students with no prior experience of advanced color matching, layering and repair.
